We started with a "grudge list", since resentment was the number one reason for our drinking alcohol.
We listed all those who we think harmed us, stating what, where, and when.
We reviewed our list with our sponsors to find out why.
We then began to clean up our side of the street.
We reviewed our own conduct over the years past.
We asked ouselves where had we been selfish, dishonest, or inconsiderate.
We asked ourselves whom had we hurt, we left no one from our list.
We asked ourselves if we unjustifiably aroused anger, suspicion, or bitterness.
