Lion Country Safari
Lion Country Safari is very close to Wellington. Sometimes people can hear the lion roar at night My big brother, Michael, drove our car through the game preserve. All the animals run around everywhere and we drive the car through them. It was a lot of fun. The lion were right next to the car and we hoped we were glad we did not have any car trouble. Huge rhino roam all over the place and we also did not want to make any of them mad. My favorite animal was the giraffe and I got to pet one that was very friendly. Giraffe have very big eyes and a long tongue. It was really hot, but I was able to cool off in the new Splash Park at Lion Country. Just click on a photo to make it larger.
