Various Wrecks in November 2007 worked by McBee Rescue and Alligator Fire District

18 Wheeler vs. 18 Wheeler 9-21-07, Hwy 151 East of McBee.  Rear End Collision 

Pt extricated with Jaws of Life.  Leg was pinned below dash and Fractured x2.

McBee Rescue requested LifeNet  to airlift a Pt. involved in 10-50 on 9-19-07 with Multiple Long Bone Fractures.

Wreck on Middendorf Road 2006

2 PT's entrapped in vehicle.  Removed roof with Hydraulic cutter and extricated patients and 

airlifted to Columbia via Life Reach and Medcenter Air.  Alligator Fire, McBee Rescue and First Health responded 

to this call.

2006 - Medcenter Air out of Charlotte's Carolinas Medical Center 

This is their newest and largest helicopter  (notice the wheels on this chopper)

Landed in McBee to transport a MVA pt. tractor vs. 18 wheeler on Hwy. 151 North of McBee.  Pictures of this accident are below.

18 wheel vs. Tractor ( Mower) notice the part of the cage of the tractor that was hung on the trailer of the Log truck.  Alligator Fire, McBee Rescue Squad and First Health EMS responded to this 10-50.

2 car 10-50 on Middendorf Road...1 DOA - 1 Pt. airlifted to Palmetto Richland Memorial

2 Car 10-50 October 2006 intersection of US Hwy. 1 North and Middendorf  Road.  2 Pts. entrapped in the van in ditch.  Extricated and Airlift 1 to Palmetto Richland in Columbia and transport 1 to Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center In Hartsville SC

Alligator Fire District and McBee Rescue coordinated a Landing Zone for First Health EMS in McBee on May 20th, 2006.  Patient was a burn patient and was flown by Life Reach to Augusta.
