On our arrival in San Fran they were holding a professional bicycle race the T-Mobile International (Previously SF Grand Prix). The USPS team was there (Lance didn't race but Cheryl did the Celeb race) with Ekimov and George Hincapie, Phonak with Tyler Hamilton, Robobank and Levi Leipheimer, and Fred Rodrigez on Alessio.

Big Tree in Redwoods National Park. Redwoods! King of the stump (in bike shoes)! Cool house made from a tree just outside Avenue of Giants. Drive through tree just outside Avenue of Giants. Arch rocks at Mendocino. Tommasini on the coast. Cool rock outside Gualala, CA. Redwoods! Switch back in Sonoma County hills. School in Bodega where they filmed "The Birds". Elaine, Phil (uk), Dan.
