CARIBBEAN CASTLE DINING

Caribbean Castle Restaurant

          I’ve eaten at hundreds of supposed five star restaurants but none can hold a candle to the work of Caribbean Castle’s master chef Harold Benson.  His flaming swordfish is a vacation in itself.  The kiwi lime pie is a must.  I was also impressed with the friendly and courteous staff.  It is defiantly the best dinning experience in the Caribbean.
