 
first of all,if you`ve come to kashid to party,litter & catch some happening crowd,forget about it,this place is basically a getaway,people who`ve had enough of city traffic,& cant find peace. kashid is cheap,clean & its best left untouched & away from city influence. please ,Please,PLEASE,P L E A S E! respect the locals & treat them well & be thankful to them kashid isnt as dirty as juhu or shivaji park, stop trying to dominate everyone around you ,just cuz you`ve got more cash than them. OKAY!!! now if you`re in bombay the best way to explore kashid properly is by "BIKE" yes "MOTORCYCLE" & if you`ve got a car you wanna take, its a 3 hour drive from panvel. but the directions--"i dont know!!!" so find out yourself & dont bug me or you & your stupid CAR can go to HELL! now step (1) get to ferry wharf with your bikes,buy tickets(to revas) for your bike & yourselves & pay the guys little munny to get your bike on the ferry. sit & relax on the launch till revas ,its a 1.5 hour ferry ride,very relaxing,when you get to revas pay the guy little munny to get the bike off the ferry. now step (2) ride to alibaug ,its approx 20 minutes if you ride on a good fast speed average=above 55 kmph. cool down at alibaug if you wanna cool down those engines & yourselves ,theres some good resturants & you can even collect boose. now ,step (3). ride to kashid ,approx ....25-30 mins. &... E N J O Y!!!!!!!!!, youll find good cheap places to stay. so go chill & forget about all your city troubles!!!! grab a beer!!!!!!! & enjoy the beach!!
