Important: Dave's old laptop gave up the ghost.
He lost most of his files, software and the latest club email list. He is
busy reconstructing a new list based on a backup from last year. Many old
addresses were deleted and new members addresses lost. Unless he is contacted thru
the website or word-of-mouth you may not be included in mailings. If you are
not receiving the schedule contact him with your full name, phone number and
e-address. Additionally, if you are NOT a member and receiving this hit 'REPLY'
with the word "REMOVE" in the subject bar.
Sorry and thanks.

FYI
We need a new dinner coordinator to
begin organizing the mid-week walking club dinners starting in the fall.
The "job" can be split among two or three members, alternating
months, if necessary. If you might be interested, please contact Peg at
788-7072 or pmarsh136@hotmail.com . We are looking at
about 2 dinners a month. The job entails contacting the restaurant, preparing
the announcement, and acting as contact person. Dave will send out the
announcements to the membership.
We are hoping to find someone
interested in hosting a Labor Day Party (Sunday of that weekend) or even any
Sunday in August to replace one of the scheduled socials. Please contact
Peg at 788-7072 or pmarsh136@hotmail.com if you might
consider doing this.
Those members who would like HWSC cards to hand out to interested
persons, see Mary D.
