Mount Lady MacDonald (2608 m )

This was the first in the line of 3 excursions that my Dad and I did on June 22nd 2002. We made it to the teahouse in just under 50 minutes.

We got to Cougar Creek and couldn't find a parking stall because of all the mountain bikers who took up all the spots. It was about 10:00 in the morning, and we trudged up the mountain until the rain got too bad to bear and it didn't look like it was going to get any better. So we stopped at the teahouse only 50 minutes into our trip and judged by looking up the valley that the weather wasn't going to get any better. Just with our luck, as we reached the parking lot the skies conveniently cleared. Great fun! This is the photo from almost at the teahouse. I'll be back on this mountain soon.
