Process for ECE496 Final Reports

1. Students to submit in electronic and paper form to Design Centre.
2. Coordinators will provide a mark for the presentation and a suggested mark for the techical.
3. Paper reports will be sent to the supervisor with copies of the mark sheets.
4. Supervisor will revise marks as required and send mark sheets back to coordinator. Revisions may be discussed. Any final changes will be made.
5. Supervisor will return paper reports to the students
6. Supervisors will receive numerous warnings about deadlines, but when the mark submission deadline for the faculty is reached the proposed marks, if not altered by the process above, will stand.

Notes:There will be one mark sheet per student. This will allow differentiation of marks based on individual work done.
