How can I be ready for Christ's return? For you to be ready for Christ's return: you must believe in him! For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16 Where do I get this belief? The bible teaches that Faith (which is another word for Believe): comes to you, through the hearing of Gods Words, them that are in the Bible: and you can hear Gods Words from the Bible either by reading them yourself or by listing to some one else read them: Romans 10:17 The bible reads: And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. Revelation 20:15 But for them that believe: And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. Revelation 21:4 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love Him. 1 Corinthians 2:9 Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved.
