Here's what's been keeping me busy this winter:

Length: 26 ft.
The stringers were completly rotted out, but I got the boat at a good price worth fixing.
FINALLY! Some progress. I managed to get the starboard stringers cut and trimmed.
Now it's time to get the resin out and coat the hell out of them!
PAY ATTENTION FACTORY BUILDERS!
If you would have coated the stringers in the first place, the rot would have never happened!
