McKell Wascana Conservation Project

Located south of Wascana Creek Park, east of the Wascana Country Club.
East of Fleet Street; South of Wascana Circle.
The Duke of Edinburgh unveiled the dedication plaque
on May 20, 2005.
Located on the 1880s homestead land of Robert McKell.
Once completed this area will include the unbroken land along the creek;
a floating dock; 4 kilometres of trail; a central plaza with plant and animal inlays;
a donors wall; and interpretive panels.
Estimated cost: $300,000.
