1. Chop the onion and garlic very fine
2. Fry the onion, garlic and the peppers until golden brown, add the daun
salam, lengkuas palm sugar and salt
3. Add the santan and throw in the rest of the ingredients. Simmer for
about 15-20 minutes on medium heat.
