Good news! My contract with Diageo has been extended for another month and so I will not be workless for four weeks. Believe me, this means a lot when US$15 dollars pre day is all you need to survive in some countries in South America! My manager has extended my contract until 31^st March. We fly out 1^st April so I’ll have no time off to arrange for any emergency stuff. This kills two birds with one stone. More money before we leave and I can now talk freely in work about my trip away.

More good news! The aches, pains, shivers, headaches, tingly skin, malaise etc which I am convinced was from the Rabies vaccine are all starting to subside now. That means that I can now sleep soundly and my mind is working like a sane adults again.

S is handing in her notice in a week and half and then we are almost there. Just over eight weeks to go.
