Hello my name is Didacio, I am Catalan from Barcelona, I have lived
here most of my live so I know the area very well. which has proven to be
helpful to tourists to my wonderful city. I am always ready to
offer advice and general information about the city to make your stay
more enjoyable. I work as an artist
and rent rooms in my flat to supplement my income and to meet
interesting people from all over the world. I live in downtown
Barcelona on Calle Ciutat, next to Placa De Sant Jaume, right in the middle of evertything. It
is 3 minutes to las Ramblas, 5 minutes to the Port, 10 minutes to Port Olympica,
2 minutes to the underground(LICEO & JAUME I), I speak Catalan, Spanish, and English. I have 2
rooms for rent in my flat, 1 is a large triple room and the other is a double room. The flat has 4 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms,
is equipped with high speed DSL Internet Service and you will receive
your own key to the flat and to your room, you will also have use of the
kitchen. I also have a washing machine for
clothes.
The price is 25 euros per night per person,
I think this is fair, with discounts if you stay
longer than 1 week with me, for the month it is 500 euros for the triple and 350 euros for the double.........thank you!
