Warehouse 13

Welcome to the JefferyGuide Warehouse 13 area.

Warehouse 13 is a tv series that airs on the SyFy cable tv network (formerly Sci-Fi Channel). In the tv series, Secret Service agents Pete Lattimer and Myka Bering are assigned to a secret warehouse housing supernatural artifacts in South Dakota. Pete and Myka, with help from Artie Nielsen (who is in charge of the warehouse), are responsible for tracking down supernatural artifacts from all areas of the United States (and sometimes from outside of the United States), as well as monitoring for supernatural activity that might hint at the presence of a new artifact that they must acquire for the warehouse.

The current warehouse has been around since the late-1800's, and houses such artifacts as Pandora's Box ("empty, of course" according to Artie), Harry Houdini's wallet, Lucrezia Borgia's hair comb, and a mysterious copper kettle that produces Ferrets whenever somebody near the pot wishes for something. All these artifacts produce a supernatural energy, and it has been hinted that this energy tends to increase the life span of those working at the warehouse.

We have been led to belive that before the current warehouse, there have been other warehouses that have existed over the past 200 years.

Cast:

Secret Service agent Pete Lattimer, a "rule-bender" with the ability to sense things. Because of a deaf sister, he can also read lips (played by Eddie McClintock).

Secret Service agent Myka Bering, a "by-the-book" agent. She grew up working in her parents book store, which makes her quite book smart (played by Joanne Kelly).

Artie Nielsen, the person who runs the day by day operations of Warehouse 13. Has a fondness for baking cookies. Was recruited for warehouse work under mysterious circumstances (played by Saul Rubikek).

Mrs. Fredric, the director of a secret government organization in charge of Warehouse 13 (played by CCH Pounder).

Claudia Donovan, a young, hip, brilliant techno-wiz now working at Warehouse 13 (played by Allison Scagliotti).

James MacPherson, a mysterious former warehouse agent who is now collecting artifacts for his own use. Appears to have left the warehouse under less than pleasant circumstances (played by Roger Rees).

Leena, the proprietor of a bed-and-breakfast where Pete and Myka stay. She is secretly working for James MacPherson. She can see auras and is also connected with Warehouse 13 (played by Genelle Williams).

When can Warehouse 13 be seen?

In the United States:

* Warehouse 13 is currently on hiatus, and will return to the SyFy cable tv network in 2010.
