Project to document all the Houses of Worship in Niagara Falls: The following is from a flyer being distributed by the Friends of the Local History Department: The Friends of Local History Department need some help. Read how you can help. The Friends of the Local History Department at the Niagara Falls New York Public Library are engaged in a project to document all of the Houses of Worship in the City of Niagara Falls. It is a massive project and they can use your help. If you would like to assist them, please contact either Larry Steele at 286-4883 or Pete Ames at 297-4429. Please leave a message if they are not available so your call can be returned. They work on this project in their office on the first floor, next to the gift shop, at the Niagara Falls Public Library at 1425 Main Street on Wednesday evenings from 6-8 p.m. You are welcome to stop in and they will be happy to answer any of your questions regarding this project.
