ASPI:

Advanced SCSI Programming Interface (ASPI): A means of defining how Small Computer System Interface (SCSI) devices interact with one another and the rest of a personal computer developed by the Adaptec Corporation. ASPI uses driver software for each device and ASPI driver software that controls the devices' access to the SCSI interface adapter and is the most popular means of controlling SCSI devices on an IBM-compatible personal computer.

CDFS:

CD File System (CDFS) on a personal computer: Short for CD File System, CDFS, in Linux systems, is a file system that exports all tracks and boot images on a CD as normal files. In Windows, CDFS is the Windows driver for CD-ROM players. CDFS replaces MSCDEX that was used for MS-DOS and is a 32-bit program that runs in protected mode. In addition, CDFS uses a VCACHE driver to control the CD-ROM disk cache allowing for a smoother play back.

NetZero:

Getting NetZero to work with Windows XP: You'll need to upgrade to Internet Explorer 8. After you upgrade to Internet Explorer 8, check your firewall settings to see if an exception is made for NetZero. If no exception for NetZero is shown, add NetZero to the list of exceptions, then check the NetZero box. Having upgraded to Internet Explorer 8, and having checked your firewall settings, NetZero should now work.

Windows 98 SE:

Unhandled Exception

Error Number: 0x80070725

Description: Incompatible version of the RPC stub

Setup will now terminate

This problem may crop up when you try to install a program that uses the InstallShield program. To correct the problem, follow the steps below.

Download Oleaut32.dll by clicking here (this is a zipped file, so you'll need a unzip utility such as Cam UnZip or WinZip to open the zipped file).

Once you have unzipped the zipped file, move Oleaut32.dll to someplace where you can access it easy (for example purposes, move it to the My Documents folder).

Press "Start", press "Run", then type in sfc and press "OK". The System File Checker should now appear. Select "Extract one from instellation disk", browse for Oleaut32.dll in the My Documents folder, and click "Start". An Extract File box will appear. For "Save file in", browse for "Windows/SYSTEM", and for "Restore from", browse for "My Documents/Oleaut32.dll", then click "OK". A Backup File box will now appear with a suggested folder of "Windows/Helpdesk/SFC" listed. At this point, click "OK" (if "Windows/Helpdesk/SFC" does not exist on your computer, allow it to be created). After this is done, another box will appear asking if you want to restart your computer. Press "Yes".

After your computer restarts, you should find that the unhandled exception problem has been corrected. As for Oleaut32.dll which is in the My Documents folder, move it to a floppy or flash drive or CD in case you need it in the future.
