Defeating Big Automobile Manufacturers
There were not one but two serious electro-mechanical failures of our L.H.S. car. Either incident could have resulted in death or injuries to others.
"We refuse to drive an unsafe car."
The big automobile manufacturer that we purchased our vehicle from would not allow dealership mechanics to inspect the car for defects. Legal action was taken by us after we had made every effort to have the manufacturer address the problems and give us an answer as to why the vehicle failed. We took this action even though we were asked if it was worth the sacrifice of taking legal action against this big automobile company. We were told we could not win and that we were wasting time and money because the company was just too big to fight against. The L.H.S. has remained parked at the dealership for over four years; meanwhile, there have been four recalls of the L.H.S. and other vehicles of this kind. The manufacturers have ignored a mandate by NHSTA of Washington D.C. to fix problems and defects. Thus far justice has not prevailed for the average American family concerned with safety and lives.
A decision of Summary of Judgement was given to the big automobile manufacturers without our right to repute false statements being taken into consideration. There was no justice shown to us with this action. We took our legal action to the Supreme Court in Knoxville, Tennessee. Our purpose was to get the Supreme Court to overturn the Summary of Judgenment that was given in our case. They declined to hear our case. We want our legal action to be heard by a court and a jury. Bill O'Reilly from Fox News says, "We report the news, you decide."
Are you concerned with automobile safety and the lives of innocent drivers? We believe that the safety and lives of drivers does matter and that every American has the right to drive a safe vehicle.
Stand up for auto safety. I welcome your comments and suggestions. You the people decide. Did justice prevail? I will abide by the decision of the people.
I will have a professional video tape made to present my story to the people of Kingsport Tennessee at the Civic Auditorium. I will announce the date on my website.
Sincerely,
Auto Safety is the Issue
