WEC Alarms Limited were established in 1981 as a subsidiary to Woodthorpe Electrical Contractors Limited, who themselves were formed in 1963.
WEC Alarms Limited were then formed as a seperate company in 1987 and since that date have gained a high regard within the security industry.
NACOSS approval was attained in 1987, BS5750 Quality Assurance in 1991 and BS EN ISO 9001: 2000 in January 2003.
WEC Alarms Limited are also recognised of the Electrical Contractors Association. (ECA)
