We are trying to reach families who cannot get direct services for their children for one reason or another with low cost access. Infant Stimulation Program provides educational assistance to developmentaly delayed children birth to three years and their families in West TN (Benton, Carroll, Henry, Lake, Obion, and Weakley Counties). Kiwanis Center for Child Development is a comprehensive early intervention program for developmentally delayed children from birth to age three. Parent Education and Child Health (PEACH) is designed to inform parents of specigic skills available to them to ensure their children's health and hapiness. this is accomplished through individual meetings on topics selected by parents. West TN School for the Deaf in Jackson proves support services for babies and young children who have hearing loss.
