Sometimes the best therapists around have four legs and moist noises!!!

Animals give you unconditional LOVE and be the ideal companion. Some thought should given before adopting purchasing a pet.

    Your budget must allow it.

Consider adopting a neutered male or spayed female cat or dog
An adult dog is a good choice. Puppies have to be house trained and adult dogs have less chance of being adopted
Adopting a pet is a long-term commitment, be sure you're up for it.
Make sure the pet suits your lifestyle. These animals needs lots of love and affection. Dogs need to be walked daily.
If a cat or dog is not suitable, consider alternative pet such as a fish or a hamster.
