Welcome to the MacVegas Cake League.
As you may have noticed, this website isn't the official website, meaning that this site doesn't have
the live scoring stat-tracker, etc. However, this site can be used as a great "MacVegas Only" resource site.
We urge you to look around this site the same way you did over at Yahoo! Also, the playoff schedule is different from last years, which only took the top teams from each division, this year (because of the cost) we are using the free site,
which has a preset schedule.Placing all teams in the playoffs, which gives every owner a chance at the championship despite your season record,however, your seed is reflected by your season record.So it still means alot to have a good year.
Finally (just to pound this into everyone's head),the league salary cap is set at $1,250. If you are over the salary cap and do not correct it by dropping/trading a player before the first game of the week, you automatically forfeit that week, and every week thereafter until your team is under the salary cap. If you add/trade a player,be sure to check your sheet for the player(s) value before doing so, failing to do so may put you over the salary cap without you knowing. As a safety-net, if there is a transaction,the commissioner will review the transaction and post a message on the message board (under the transactions table in the middle of the main page) stating the teams involved,the money involved, and all teams salary caps involved.
