He married Melanie Lanoie King in March of 1977.
In 1978 their first child Richard (Richie) was born

with Melanie working with the youth and Bro.

Then in 1980 they started ministering with a gospel singing group.

The family started ministering all over the Southeastern part of the country
with Bro. King playing bass, and singing Lead, Sister King
on piano and singing alto, Richie on drums and Sissy singing
the soprano part. This continued until Brother King

the call to move to Gruetli Church Of God where he ministered for 7 years.
With the help of God many good things were accomplished at Gruetli!

has a vision to see the church grow and prosper for the Lord. We
are looking Forward to experiencing the out pouring
of God's love and mercy upon us and the good
