In Girl Happy, Mary Ann plays Deena, whom Elvis is attracted to until he starts to care for Shelley Fabares. Even though Mary Ann isn't the main love interest in Girl Happy, she provides strong competition is serenaded in songs, Do Not Disturb and Wolf Call.
As for Harum Scarum, Mobley plays the beautiful Princess Shalimar, who is the damsel-in-distress.
After her Elvis films, Mary Ann guest-starred on a variety of TV shows such as General Hospital and, more recently, Sabrina, The Teenage Witch . She also contributes to many charitable organizations such as The March of Dimes. Mary Ann has been married to Gary Collins for 31 happy years and are the parents of a grown daughter.

1922. When two years old, Michael and his parents immigrated to the United States. After living in Lowell, Massachusetts for ten years, the family
moved to California. Ansara enrolled at Los Angeles City College with intentions of becoming a doctor, but found that he liked
acting. Michael did some work at the Pasadena Playhouse, where Elvis co-stars Carolyn Jones (King Creole) and Charles Bronson (Kid
Galahad) also attended. This led Ansara to roles on stage and in movies. In 1944, he made his film debut in Action in Arabia For the rest of the 1940's and into the 50's, Michael had co-starring roles in quite a few films, also appearing on television series
such as The Lone Ranger, Rawhide, and Alfred Hitchcock Presents. Ansara then gained a starring role on the TV Show Broken Arrow. From 1956-1960 he portrayed Cochise. During
this time, Michael began dating Barbara Eden (Flaming Star). The couple wed in 1958.
For the next few years, Ansara did such movies as The Ten Commandments, The Tall Stranger, and Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea. He was then chosen to co-star in the 1965 film Harum Scarum with Elvis Presley. He played the role of Prince Dragna.
On August 29, 1965, a son, Matthew Michael Ansara, was born. Shortly thereafter Ansara and Eden began working together on the hit series, "I Dream of Jeannie". From 1965- 1970, Ansara was the director,and his wife the star of the very popular television comedy. Ansara even appeared in some of the episodes himself. Four years after the end of the series, Ansara and Eden divorced. After working for Jeannie, Michael resumed his movie career, appearing in Dear Dead Delilah, The Manitou, and Knights of the City. Ansara has also done some work in the 1990's. He is mostly seen on such television shows as Star Trek: Deep Space Nine and provided the voice of Dr. Victor Fries/Mr. Freeze on Batman: The Animated Series.
