Order Form
This year you can support the animals of Fayette County Animal
Rescue by making a holiday donation in honor of your friends,
family, coworkers, customers and everyone on your shopping list!
For a minimum donation of $10 per card, FCAR will send a
personalized acknowledgement of your gift in a holiday card similar
to the one pictured to the left (Note: individual card style may
vary).
Each card will be signed with your name and specified message and a
coordinating insert will inform them that a donation has been made
to FCAR in their honor this holiday season from you.

animals of FCAR.
All cards will be mailed on December 1, 2009.
Orders received after December 1st will require 2 days
for processing.
Orders must be received no later than December 15th.

Adopted Rescue Horse "Bandit" Update
In 2008 FCAR rescued 17 starving horses from a farm
in Williston, TN. One of those horses, Bandit, was adopted by
Priscilla Presley and Graceland Enterprises in December 2008.

Present the card every time you shop and Schnucks contributes a
percentage of your monthly purchase amount to Fayette County Animal
Rescue. You don't have to pre-load your card or anything, pay
