Earth Millions of Years Old?

"Surely you desire truth in the inner parts; you teach me wisdom in the inmost place." Psalm 51:6

Trees
If there has been millions of years, then trees could have lived a very long time, maybe 10,000 years. The oldest living trees are about 4,600 years old. The Bible says that the Earth is about 6,000 years old. The flood happened about 1400 b.c., so that is almost exactly when those trees would have started growing again, making the Biblical model perfect.

Records
Written records only go back about 6,000 years ago, and if the Earth was millions of years old, wouldn't some record have stayed intact? Or at least people remembering their ancestors long ago.

Magnetic Field
The magnetic field has decreased about 7% by 1829 is what some scientists say, like a quote from Jonathan Sarfarti taken from Jesus, Dinosaurs, and More:
"In the 1970's, the late creationist physics professor Dr. Thomas Barnes noted that measurements since 1835 have shown that the [magnetic] field is decaying at 5% per century (also, archaeological measurements show that the field was 40% stronger in AD 1000 than today). Barnes, the author of a well-regarded electromagnetism textbook, proposed that the earth's magnetic field was caused by a decaying electric current in the earth's metallic core. Barnes calculated that the current would not have been decaying for more than 10,000 years, or else it's original strength would have been large enough to melt the earth. So the earth must be younger than that."
