DEVOTEES’ TRIBUTE ON HIS HOLINESS YOGI RAMSURATKUMAR MAHARAJ’S MAHASAMADHI
Justice Aurunachalam, Ma Devaki & Ma Vijayalakshmi,
Yogiji Maharaj has dropped only the physical body which had performed its appointed task. He is still very much with us and will continue to guide the devotees by giving them the necessary strength to see him within and without every where.
Our Humble Homage to him,
Swami Sachidananda.
The
guiding star that has been spreading divine light from the holy hills of
Thiruvannamalai has merged and become one with the ever-lasting, all-pervading
spirit; by which we mean the Maha Yogi casting off the mortal coil merging with
the Jyotir maya Brahman.
It
was on 1st December ‘2000 that we the devotees celebrated His
birthday. Shri Yogi Ram Maharaj attained Mahasamadhi on 20th
February ‘2001; it was indeed on an auspicious day that Guru Maharaj left for
the Heavenly Abode, as the Lord says, “Vaasamsi Jeernani Yatha Vihaya”.
But then great souls, all different manifestations of the ONE DIVINE, Ekam
Sath, appears on the earth repeatedly, Sambhavami Yuge Yuge.
There
is a long line of spiritual leaders and devout followers that sustains the
sacredness of this land. From the unknown distant past to our own times the
tradition is unbroken, even if some links in the chain are untraceable. Coming
to our own days we have the roar of spiritual awakening revived by Sri
Ramakrishna Paramahamsa, Swami Vivekananda, Seshadri Swamigal, Ramana
Maharishi, Gnanananda Swamigal, Papa Ramadas, Sri Aurobindo and many more. Sri Bhagwan
Yogi Ramsuratkumar also belongs to that tradition.
Sri
Bhagwan used to guide us cross the Samsara Sagara with the help of the boat
Rama Nama; all that we have to employ is our mind as the paddle. He has left a
rich legacy for us. The best way to offer our prayers to Him is to make the
best use of this rich legacy.
Let
us concentrate our mind, grip His sacred feet, realize the Father He refers to,
recite the Nama He used to recite, sing the praises of the Lord, understand
that our Guru is Brahma, Vishnu and Maheswara and above all serve our
fellow-beings.
He
has left us in the sense that the physical form is transformed; He is enthroned
in the heart of everyone of His bhaktha.
Yogi Ramsuratkumar Yogi Ramsuratkumar
Yogi Ramsuratkumar Jaya Guru Raya!!!
