Ingredients
1#ground beef
1# sausage
1 tsp organio
1 tsp garlic salt
1# velveeta cheese (chopped)
12 oz. jar trad. pizza sauce
olives (opt)
1 loaf rye bread


Brown ground beef and sausage. Drain, add spices and cheese. Let melt. Add sauce and olives. Mix well. Spread on bread. Keep warm. Makes alot. This will freeze well...

Hershey Cake

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 stick butter or oleo
4 eggs
1-16oz hershery's syrup


Mix well. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 min.

Frosting
Cream 8 oz cream cheese and 1 stick of butter. Add one box powdered sugar and 1 tsp vanilla. Mix well and frost

Good Good Cake

1 Box Butter Cake Mix
3 eggs
1 can Mandrain oranges, juice too


Mix well and bake according to directions on box. Let cool completely


Icing
1 large can crushed pineapple juice and all
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1-8oz cool whip


Add pudding to pineapple. Mix well; let set about 1 min. Then add cool whip. Spread on cool cake. keep refrigerated.

In a baking dish, melt 1 stick of butter. Mix 1 cup sugar, 1 cup milk, 1 cup flour. Add to melted butter. Pour in 1 can fruit. ex: peaches, apples or cherries. DO NOT MIX. Bake 45 -50min at 350 degrees.

1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter (melted)
1 egg


Mix well with a spoon. Pat with hands into 13x9 ungreased pan.
Then mix 1 box powdered sugar, 3 eggs and 1-8oz cream cheese (room temp). Mix well; pour on top. Bake 45 min at 350 degrees. Cake will fall as it cools.

Ingredients
1-12oz milk chocolate chips
1-6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
nuts


Melt chips with milk, add vanilla and nuts. Stir well. Pour in cake pan. Put in refrigerator. This will set 3 min to 1 hour.

Ingredients
Part A
2 cups sugar
3 tbsp cocoa
½ cup butter
½ cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
Part B
3 cups quick oats
½ cup peanutbutter


Bring Part A to a rapid boil. Boil for 2 min. then add Part B (have Part B measured and ready to add to Part A. Mix well (working quickly) and drop by spoonfulls on waxed paper.

Around 2 cups of self rising flour
Buttermilk
Margarine


Mix flour and buttermilk to make a dough. Knead it for a few minutes. Sprinkle with flour to keep from sticking. Roll out with a rolling pin and cut into biscuits. Put about a tablespoon of margarine in a 13x9x2 or smaller pan. Melt. Place biscuits in melted margarine and turn over. Cook on 425 degrees til brown.

Pan of cornbread
About 7 or 8 biscuits
Celery, about 8 stalks
small Onion chopped
stick of margarine
sage
salt and pepper to taste
egg
chicken stock


Put cooked cornbread and biscuits in a food processor and process til it's crumbly. Chop onion and slice celery, cook til sauted with stick of margarine and some water. In a large bowl, mix cornbread, biscuits, celery/onion mixture,sage, salt, pepper, chicken broth (I use about 3 cans)to well mixed. Taste til it's like you like it. Last, add beaten egg and pour into greased 13x9x2 pan. Bake uncovered on 350 degrees. When it's brown, you can cover it and cut back the heat. NOTE: Add the chicken broth a little at a time. Don't have it too dry or too soggy.

Ingredients
1 cup rice(cooked)
2pkgs frozen broccoli
8 oz jar cheese whiz
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 onion(chopped)
1 bell pepper (chopped)
1/4 cup butter


Brown onion and pepper in butter. Add cheese whiz and soup. Add rice and broccoli. Mix well. Put in a greased baking dish. Bake on 325 degrees for 25 min.

Beef Stoganoff

Ingredients

4 TBSP butter
1/2 lb fresh mushrooms
1 onion sliced
1 1/2 lbs roundsteak (cut into 1 1/2" strips)
6 TBSP flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cups of beef stock
1 tsp brown gravy flavoring
1 cup sour cream


Cook mushrooms and onion in butter for 3 min. Remove and add floured strips of beef. Add more butter if needed. Brown quickly. Add 2 cups of stock. Add mushrooms, onions and gravy flavoring. Cover tightly and cook 1 hour or til meat is tender on low. Ten minutes before serving, stir in sour cream. Serve with wide noodles or rice.
