Bear's Trail Cabin Rates Stonecreek Cabins Stonecreek Cabins "WINTER SEASON RATES" Winter Rates for the BEAR'S TRAIL cabin are $145.00 per night for 2 guests. 2 night minimum except under certain circumstances(3 night minimum for Martin Luther King, Valentines,Easter and on weekends if staying 2 nights will leave a single weekend night unbooked) Winter Specials are available for the following dates: DECEMBER- Dec.1ST-19TH,2013 JANUARY 3RD through MARCH 28TH,2013 Stay a minimum of 4 nights to take advantage of our winter specials *Stay 4 nights and get the 4th night for just $25.00. OR * Stay 7 nights and get the 6th and 7th night for just $25.00 each! APRIL - MAY - JUNE - AUGUST - SEPTEMBER and NOVEMBER(excluding holidays) Stay 7 nights and just pay $25.00 for the 7th night! "PEAK SEASON RATES" Peak Season Rates for the BEAR'S TRAIL Cabin are $170.00 per night for 2 guests. 3 night min. or longer stay, depending on the holiday and availability (shorter stays may be available) Please see "Important: Nightly Minimums" below this section for more information. Weekly rates are available for certain holidays listed below, and after staying the minimum number of nights at the seasonal rate, the price will drop to $145.00 per night for the rest of your stay. If you stay a full week, you would receive the 7th night for just $25.00. MEMORIAL DAY- 4 night minimum- Weekly Rates 4th of JULY- 4 night minimum- No Weekly Rates LABOR DAY -3 night minimum- Weekly Rates JULY and OCTOBER -4 night minimum-No Weekly Rates THANKSGIVING - 5 night minimum- Weekly Rates DECEMBER 20th-JANUARY 2nd-4 night minimum-No Weekly Rates CHRISTMAS - 4 night minimum- No Weekly Rates NEW YEARS - 4 night minimum - No Weekly Rates Minimum Nightly Stays Please see each individual season for nightly minimum stays. There may shorter stays available throughout the year and we will be more than happy to reserve that time for you as long as it meets the following criteria. If a shorter stay is available between 2 reservations, we will be happy to book that time for you as long as you book the entire time available. Since our minimum stay is 2 nights, we cannot leave an opening of a single night (except for last minute reservations.) LATE AVAILABILITY: We will also consider a shorter stay during any season,if your dates are still available 2 nights before your intended date of arrival. We may even consider a single night stay at the very last minute............just ask us and we will let you know if we can work it into our schedule. Important:Nightly Minimums If we have an opening between 2 reservations that is longer than the nightly minimum by a day or 2,we may require a longer stay for that period if there aren't enough days available to break it up into 2 reservations, so that we do not leave any unbooked single days open,(we will only consider that at the last minute). Fees added to your nightly rate- We do not charge a cleaning fee. A one time $50.00 Administrative/Hot Tub Cleaning Fee, 12.75% State/Local tax and shortly before your arrival, a $100.00 hold will be placed on the credit card we have on file for you. As long as the policies outlined in the Stonecreek Cabins Rental Agreement are followed,we will cheerfully release the $100.00 fee within 2 days of your departure. An extra charge of $30.00 per night for up to 2 additional guests will be charged regardless of age.
