a nifty lil rom hack done by the pope. for those of you who
dont know, a rom hack is where somebody manipulates the information in
a videogame rom that runs in a program called an emulator. if your not
familiar with these there are many websites to help you, ya just gotta
look for em.
anyways, just attach this ips patch to a river city ransom rom using an
ips utility such as snestool and enjoy rampaging through the city with
wilford brimley!
