Hey it's me Leslie!!! I'm going to tell you about my experience.
It was the January 11, 1999 Nitro in Knoxville, Tennessee. The show went great and my friend and I had an awesome time. After the show we decided to go to the hotel(Hyatt) to see if we can meet any of the guys. Well, we did but was hardly able to get many autographs and pics because the other fans like flocked them. I could tell some wanted to be left alone so we didn't bother. Anyway, my friend and I saw a group of fans gathered near the hotel lobby door. We went over to see what all the fuss was about and there was Teri!!! Of course I got out my Polaroid and asked her if she would mind taking a pic with me and my friend. Of course she did and autographed both of them. We talked a few seconds while the pic was "developing" cuz she wanted to see how it turned out(Dont worry Teri, you take a good Polaroid!!!*LOL*)!!! Anyway, she was so nice and so cool!!! Right then Fyre became my fave NG!!! Later on I visited her site, and decided to email her. You could only imagine the surprise I had when I saw she had written back!!! Since then I've emailed her several times and she's replied. I guess that's how this club came about*S*!!! Anyway, Teri is just too AWESOME so to her I say once again thank you for being a real class act!!! Read about my second encounter with Teri here !!!
