The Prevention of Cruality To Animals

For the life of me, I can't understand why folks would allow
their pets to roam freely in neighborhoods.
Animals are alot like children, they need guidence and training
in order to survive in this world, and when someone
neglects to take care of their pet, then their pet could end up
on the side of the road, struck down by a passing vehicle :-(

The other thing, since I am up here on my soap box (s)
Is the fact that so many people take their pets with them to the store
or other places, where they have to lock their car, and with it being
summer, the car is HOT! Some folks leave their beloved pet
inside the locked car, without any ventilation :-(
Animals can get brain damage within 20 minutes of being in a hot
car, without proper ventilation.

Please my friends, if you are going to adopt a pet, then do all that you
can do to make that pets life a happy and safe one.
