Mission how we will get there - Our mission is to lead non-Christian and complacent church-going students into an authentic, growing, and totally surrendered realationship with the savior, Jesus Christ.

VALUES
the following values are the foundation that this ministry will be built on.
1) God's Word - We believe that the Bible is the revelation of God's plan for all people and our final authority in all matters of mimistry and life.
2) Realationships- We believe loving realationships should permeate every aspect of our ministry.
3) Spiritual Gifts- We believe that the identification and development of spiritual gifts are critical to the life and effectiveness of our ministry.
4) Excellence- We believe that excellence honors God and inspires people. Excellence is defined as giving our best with what we have.
5) Evangelism- We believe that lost students matter to God and therefore ought to matter to every Christian.
6) Prayer- We believe that our ministry exists on the power of God, and that He longs for His people to be in regular communication with Him through prayer.
7) The Church - We belive the local church is the bride of Christ and that all Christians should be committed to gathering together as a body.
8) Student Ownership- We believe that the pursuit of full devotion to Christ and His cause is normal and expected of our core students.
Get With The Program!!!
The Word/Foundations: These are our Sunday morning studies. "The Words" is our Sr. High Bible study. Trust me...this is the deep stuff, meat and potatoes of Christianity. Foundations is Jr. High time on Sundays. Our Jr. High students are taught the basics of what we believe and in the process, build some wonderful relationships.
The Lighthouse : This is our Sunday night service that is designed to build up our Christian students in their personal walk with the Lord. Students are strongly encouraged to get involved in the ministry here. There are opportunities in the arts, hospitality, follow-up, and student-care teams.
440 Groups : These are our samll groups and are the heart of the entire ministry, On the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays we will meets in our 440 Groups. All fun, community building outings and service projects will take place in the context of the 440 group as planned by the group and their leaders.
Trips and Retreats: These events will be strategically planned at the beginning of each school year. All trips and retreats will be designed to illustrate Biblical truth being taught in various teching waves.
