Slow-Rot

I wake up some mornings, know that I don't have to be anywhere, and roll over to sleep again. I have the bad habit of sleeping for either 5 hours or 14 at a stretch.

The day is mostly a waste for me anyway. I am chid for my late bedtime and later arisal, but honestly, what would I do whilist I otherwise slumber? Become a lawn pawn again and get out the weed-eater? Beautify this house which no one cares for anyway? Fight the unwinnable battles against condensation of junk because my grandmother hasn't moved that piece of furniture since God was in diapers and she'd like to keep it exactly where it is, broken corners and 45 degree tilts and all??

Yeah, life's a real picnic when you're the interior and exterior decorator, given as much leash to redesign as a fork.
