You may say that what she is saying is not true, but doesn`t she have her tenant`s email which reads: "I have left on the 25th, September, 2006, I am not giving you notice. Send my bond." And then, one week letter, the second email which reads: "I went at the unit and I wasn`t able to enter it. You have changed the lock, you are demanding me to pay the rent for 21 days of notice not given, but you have locked me out. I am still under lease, and I demand either the release of the bond, today that is the Sunday before the long weekkend, or give me the new key because I will move back in. And as a consequence her agent had to say "I am afraid that we have no choice, we have to either release the bond, or give her the key because, even though she abandoned the unit, the lease agreement is still in force, if we say that we will collect her 21 days notice for rental purpose." So you see Lucifer, the tenant was the one that alerted her, that the lock had been changed. In writing. HAPPY???
And surprise, surprise, her keys didn`t work then. And yesterday 10/10/06 her lock was changed again to its original state. As matter of fact, now all her keys are working most perfectly.

You use a big spread sheet and summarise quickly all the paper work the clients gives you. As a bookkeeper, I do not think that that is a very accurate way of doing things. And you did tell me that I could use the MYOB." So you see Lucifer, this new trend of bookkeepers raising and building their own business, it really threatens you Accountants. Because it is true. How could you possibly charge $250.00 per hour for a job that takes quite a bit of time to physically enter all the information? You will go bankrupt.
Are you saying that Accountants should retire seeing that bookkeepers are doing a more detailed work?
What I am saying is that bookkeeping cannot be separated from accounting. One compensates the other. Bookkeeping is to enter minutiously every single document and balance it up to financial statements. Accounting is to report to client the correct status of his/her busisness affairs for decision making purposes.
That is what do we in our companies.
That is not so at all. You of all people know very well that this is not so. We have bookkeepers who only enter the documentation and then we take over. Our bookkeepers don`t cost us must, we only employ computer operators and we teach them to enter the figures without balancing…
And that is exactly what you want her to do. To enter figures and give the remainder to you, so that you can plant mistakes here and there and then say "YOU CAN`T BALANCE, you put wrong decimal points." You want to be in power. You want to keep your supremacy. That`s is how you extort people`s money. That is how you have dealt in all the jobs that she has had during these last 10 years. You were the power behind the Accountants of the business she was working for. You were the one who ordered what she was and was not allowed to do and the way she had to be talked to. And the same strategy was used to ruin her brother…

Look at the way we changed the lock of her unit again yesterday (10/10/06). She can`t just understand, that what she has worked for, it is actually ours to do whatever we please. She can`t just understand that she has to marry me whether she likes or not, because no one is allowed to say "no" to me, I allowed my wife, but no other women will be saying "no" to me. She just can`t understand that she is destined to make tomato sauce for me. She can`t just understand that I have keys of every thing she has and every thing she owns, and that I am waiting only for the right time to step in and say, I am your boss, you are my slave. The reason that I am going slowly is, that I am THE MOST PERFECT GENTLEMAN and I want people to believe so. So I need her to come to my bed willingly and passionately. You can`t prove that we changed the lock of her unit again… hi hi hi… We changed the lock to her previous origina lock to show her that the lock was never changed. That it is only in her mind. This time she could open the unit with the keys she actually had in her key holder… So we are proving legally that we never changed anything. That, it is only in her mind.

Thirdly don`t forget that it was you who showed how accounting is done in your offices, when she worked for you, for free, for a few Saturdays, when she asked to learn how accounting is done in your offices. I do understand that in your offices, seeing this trend of self employed bookkepers, you are trying to do proper bookkeeping as well… but if that is the case… how much does a client get charged? I mean, to physically enter every single document it does take some time and to charge that time at your rate… Surely one of you, client or yourself , must be loosing….
