Howdy, welcome to the wonderful world of Blakeland! That’s right this page is named after me, seeing as I created it.

 

My name is Blake Keener, that nerd you see there.  I am a freshman in college taking summer classes at MOCO and will be attending Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in the fall.  I enjoy playing and watching soccer and flying.  I hope to become either an airline or commercial pilot to make a lot of money to spend on expensive toys and a charity I will establish or make donations to for aiding Africans or something.

 

I am part of a family of four, having one older brother.  He is cool most of the time, but sometimes he can be retarded (like all siblings I’m sure).  My mom stays at home and cooks really good food, most of the time, unless she tries something new.  I’ll never forget the raspberry steaks she made once.  Ironically, not only was it horrible, but our house was hit by a tornado the same night (coincidence, I think not).  My dad’s cool and he works a lot.  When he is not working he is either flying or working outside.

Being part of the flying community, I encourage others to join in on the future of transportation and the fun involved.  People interested should visit www.aopa.org or www.faa.gov to search local flight schools and information regarding flying.
