Easy Pudding Milk Shakes Fruit Shakes

1 medium piece of fruit, frozen (peel and slice prior to freezing)
1 cup nonfat milk
1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

*Experiment: use any fruit you like, combine with different flavors of yogurt, add protein powder, etc.
