500 g firm tofu
1 Tbs flour
1 tsp curry powder
1 medium onion, chopped
200 g tomato paste
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbs margarine
Put halve the margarine and the chopped onions in a
sauce pan and bake until tender. Add the curry powder, the crushed tofu and
salt. Cook for 10 min.
In another pan mix the rest of the
margarine with the flour and tomato puree until smooth. Bring to boil.
Finally mix with the sauce and serve
with boiled rice.
