It would appear that the scene takes place, from where we last left off. The Hurst family gathering has now come in session. Would this be a form of justice..a vindication of past events, or just your normal family outting? With the Hursts, one may never know..
Yep, you guessed it..the sweet sound of our Television Champion echos through out the small tallered room.
The rugged voice now heard was most definate the male version of this once clingy duo. The more dominate, yet not as appealing as the younger member, Colton takes a seat, just ajacent to his sister Cassie.
His eyes were cold and firm as ever. His voice; not scolding, but stern. The two youngsters looked at him with a shallow formation, as both sunk deeply into their seats it become apparent the lecture was about to begin.
The youngest of the family looks to her sibling, with the utmost look of disgust upon her face.
Mom, no offense, but what are you getting at? I know it's not to sit and preach to us on how not to act...because we all know WHO should be the one you talk to about that.
Pipe Down Boy..You're going to listen to what your mother and I have to say, and you Both will sit and like it!
The youngest Hurst smiles over to her sibling, almost in fun of the situation. Her smiles quickly get put in line as the mother of the bunch looks to her with a stern eye.
Both the young Hurst kids look on in disbelief. How can their own mother say this to them? Could she be right? Was she right....
Both kids lower their head, they knew what was said was true, neither of them had the spirit, the drive, the 'teamwork', but who could they blame? It was not their fault... or was it?
His face was red, he had, had enough. The once quiet kid, who took the blame for everything, had now opened his mouth.
Okay, you would think Mother had spoken the truth, but obvisouly Dad had something more to say.
Is this the part where mom nearly killed you Pop?
No, but it was not long after that.
~Where was he getting at.. what on earth could he be proving to our kids, by bringing up my mistakes?~
~Okay now he's done it, he's gone and mentioned the man I've loathed for years now.~
~ DID HE JUST CALL ME A SLUT!!!~ ~Oh, I know Dad did not just say that...~
he paused while gazing at the three angried faces.
He was quite the charming type, the ladies man, knew what he wanted and knew how to get it. Your mother was his prize. His golden ticket to sucess, he blinded her with all the attention, and making her believe her sucess was only because of him.
Is that true Mother?
~How could I degrade everything I've taught my children with a truthful response...Oh well, here goes nothing..~
What a jerk off!!
Indeed Colton, but that's not the end of this saga.
The two kids sat and listend to what seemed to be like hours, to a story that sickend them and their father, as it continued.
So you're telling me, Cassie has learned what it takes to be a member of New Breed, and I don't?
No, Son.. What I am trying to tell you, is you ALWAYS keep your friends and family close...
and your enemies CLOSER!!
Where you went wrong my son, is that you allowed the enemy the chance to get revenge. While you were arguing with your sister inside that ring, you should have beaten him to a fridged pulp right there infront of your sister's face. Never let your enemies see weakness. NEVER!! It's the price you pay,
to play the game!!!
