The Country Club of West Georgia is a 6156 yard par 72 course located in Villa Rica, GA. Two years ago MasterLink Club Services, Inc. started a restoration program. The Lion
The Lion Golf Club, located in Bremen, GA, is not a course for the novice player. Tight fairways, long holes, uphill and downhill shots, and slick greens make every shot a little more difficult. However, the course is a lot of fun to play and I recommend trying it at least once. One of my favorite holes in the par 3 16th. Weekends:$53 Weekdays:$43 Phone:770-537-1400

The Meadows

Oak Mountain Championship Golf Club is a public course located in Carrollton, GA. The facility houses an 18 hole championship gold course and a 225 lot subdivision. The course is a regulation championship golf course measuring 7,056 yards from the championship tees. A great course for all players. The greens and fairways are always in good shape. Sunset Hills
Sunset Hills Country Club is a private course located in Carrollton, GA. Designed by Robert Trent Jones, the course is challenging but playable. The greens are fast and the fairways are lush. Bowdon Golf Club
Bowdon Golf Club is a par 3 course located in Bowdon, GA. Totaling 2172 yards, the course offers great practice with irons including pitch shots and chip shots. Talley Mountain Golf Course

Talley Mountain is a munincipal course located in Tallapoosa, Ga. The front nine holes on this course were designed by Joe Lee. The back nine makes this eighteen hole course a stunningly scenic course to play. The fairways are large and rolling, however, plenty of trees are present, necessitating careful shot placement. There are bunkers and water hazards in play on every hole. The course is set at the bottom of a mountain and there is a lake that comes into play. The signature hole is #4, a 575-yard, par 5, which plays across the top of a mountain. With its long dogleg fairway, a player will definitely need three shots to reach the green.
