with my "own" knowledge on cooking a fish, which is not enough... seriously not enough.

a week later, as iNSTRUCTed by my grandma, everything looked fine. HOW TO COOK: Remember to absorb those unwanted water from the fish*. A usual-ready-to-use wok, then put in few pcs of ginger for taking away those fishy smell. Put the fish into the heaten-up wok. just dont move the fish under you sneak a peek at the botton and find its kind of golden brown. at this point, you can turn the fish over and cook it until it's golden brown. THEN, put it aside. SAUCE: Soya Sauce + Sugar + Green onion; stir fly it a bit under bubble comes up. Pour onto the fish and YEAHH, time to eat.
* Dinner@Home, May 30 *
as most of you know, my family rarely make dinner at home. and as i know it's only the 2nd time in this 2004 having dinner (with most family members, somehow, w/o TOTO+sister+bro-in-law). ANYHOW, time to have some memorial photos.
