Introduction to Hadou
Hello, And Welcome to this article. I am Forte and I will be your guide to the energy works of Hadou. To form hadou you must know the history of it, how it works, how it is made....ECT. To view this article properly, you will want Japanese fonts installed to view the beautiful kanji artwork I have placed into this article (Webmaster's note: Currently, the pictures are not listed.), on to the more important things. Hadou is an energy (Most commonly known from Street Fighter, and where some technique names originate.) I had been researching and experimenting with hadou for about a year before I decided to write this article. Hadou requires knowledge of two things, Ki and Yi. If you are reading this you probably know what these are, if you do just skip to the next section, otherwise keep reading. Ki = seriously... i'm not taking the time to write a definition of Ki. If you don't know what it is by now, tough close this article and go do some homework or something. Yi = Willpower energy... used when doing anything.
History of Hadou
Some very old (and deleted) websites had a definition of hadou... they said that it was the energy of intent. This definition was key in discovering the technique used to form the energy. If I remember correctly, Hadou's rediscovery (at least my discovery) was done in the shower. I was experimenting with ki and I had remembered something my dad said... if you put your willpower into your life's goals... you could do anything... I thought... willpower... life force... Yi and Ki... I went into some sort of trance and the next thing I knew, I was creating balls and other constructs of hadou like it was nothing. Anyway... enough with this boring crap... I know what you are all waiting for... your first training of the week. I suggest that you be around a middle skilled level user (intermediate techniques) to create a regular hadou ball... it is difficult. On to the next...
Training Week 1
This week will be one of the most vital weeks. When you train with radical Ki, you should visualize your willpower energy forming into a goopy like liquid (kind of like the white glue you used in school except dark purple) visualize it moving around your body... try to force it to do this... but do not form a construct (ball..ECT) with it yet... it isn't properly prepared. Do this for about a week... there is not a time limit... if it takes longer then a week, so be it
Training Week 2
Now, we will move onto simple constructs. To create a hadou construct, take your goop-like yi, and visualize it mixing with your ki... like a glass of chocolate milk... Then practice manipulating it like that for a while... you should be able to do this fairly quick if you are intermediate, now start forming balls, then cubes, then pyramids.. .ect., start working on this until you get really good... yet again there is no time limit. Don't forget. You can still burn out. :-)(Webmaster's note: Burnout is when one temporarily loses the ability to manipulate energy, due to the body's meridians being overused. A person is weak during this period, as most of the body's energy goes to repairing/resting the meridians.)
Here... the first technique for hadou. Create a sphere construct, and throw all of your intent into it... charging the particles around your opponent, and blasting through his chakra's like they are nothing... this should drain all of your energy and leave you with only enough to prevent you from burning out. Keep working on this as much as you can... this is a very vital skill. It is called, Hadou-Burst. Keep working on this for a month, because this moves you into the next skill.
The Difference between Negative and Positive.
When working on your old skill... if you were enraged while doing it... you would have subconsciously visualized your hadou becoming blacker... and negative... Negative energy has its advantages and disadvantages... It is a bit more powerful then negative... but it is very hard to control. I have seen people burn out just trying to absorb a small shot of it. From here on is where you make a decision... if you want to work on negative, skip to only the negative... if you want positive. Skip to the positive. But later on, long after you have completed this training course. There will be in fact, consequences to the negative energy side. All in which I might include in the second article.
When working with negative energy, it is always best to ground into the sub astral plain first... this is a big tap of negative ki and is good for creating negative hadou. Please be careful when working with this energy. And if you get hurt it is your own fault... does not blame it on me, Trunxchi, or the energy, but yourself as you have been forewarned. Your first task is to start meditating... feel all of the negative thoughts in your mind... and push them into your energy... corrupting it and making it darker... more powerful... work on your hadou burst... this will be called Gou Hadou... save your energy so you can do more then one of these.
When working with positive energy, it is always best to ground into the earth first. This is a big tap of ki and is good for creating positive hadou. Lease is careful when working with these techniques. And if you get hurt it is your own fault. Do not blame it on me, trunxchi, or the energy, but yourself as you have been forewarned. Your first task is to start meditating... feel all of the positive thoughts in your mind... push them into your energy... creating an electric build up in the energy... making it more and more powerful... use your hadou burst.. This will be called Hadouken. Save your energy so you can do multiple of these...
Currently... this will be the technique that will finish off your negative training. The power of this technique is multiplied by what you hit. Create your gou hadou... power it with all of your energy... form a "vacuum" that sucks the energy from your opponnent into the ball, in fact making it even more powerful.. Through all of your energy into this one technique. Keep working on this technique until you can get it pat down with ease. The name for this technique is Mesatsu Gou Hadou. By the time you master this, the second article dealing with the setsui no hadou, and other techniques not listed here will be compiled.
Training (Positive) Currently... this will be the technique that will finish off your positive training. The power of this technique is multiplied by for faith in your own abilities. Create your hadouken... feel all of the faith of defeating your opponent into the technique... feel the rays of the moon/sun press against your body and revitalizing your energy supply... take in ki from the earth and the air and keep compressing it into your blast. Feel the electric surge through your body as you walk closer and closer to your opponent. Feel out all of his energy and do a double palm strike into his gut and release all of the energy like a telephone pole going through there body like a train. Keep practicing until you have this pat down... The name for this technique is Shin Kou Hadouken... by the time you master this, the second article dealing with the kagaya no hadou, and other techniques not listed here will be compiled.
