We are servants of The Dekatar (King), a man believed to have been chosen by the Great Necromancer Dekatar to rule over Verzek and to lead its people to glory. Despite this, Verzek has a form of democracy because when a man is gifted too much power it can often change him for the worse.
There are two approved Aspects in Verzek; Veronai and Zekat. This doesn't mean all other Aspects are heresy. However, it does mean that the preaching of other Aspects is illegal and will be dealt with severely and only the two-true Aspects will be allowed to construct places of worship. All other Aspects may be worshipped in private.
Verzek's Chaos Legions pride is its Legions. Soldiering is held in the highest regard within Verzek, it is considered to be the only way to achieve The Bracarius. This doesn't mean peaceful citizens are regarded as second-class citizens. It is understood that a soldier is nothing without the many who help him fulfill his true potential. Because of this tradesmen within the boundaries of Verzek receive the most brutal protection. An act of violence towards a defenceless tradesmen is considered to be one of the lowest crimes.
If you are ambitious and proud our Dekatar is calling for you. If you are relentless and savage our Legions are calling out to you. If you are loyal and a pioneer our kingdom is calling for you. If you are none of these then you better prepare for us.
