If you are in the USA using a regular phone and wish to call us, dial one of the US POTS-to-FWD gateways listed below and enter our FWD number 581015 at the prompt.

This document contains numbers relevant to using the Free World Dialup (FWD) Internet phone network. This includes, in particular, gateways allowing regular phones (ie Plain Old Telephone System, or POTS, phones) to call FWD numbers via POTS-to-FWD gateways.

Get a Washington State PSTN number for your FWD SIP SOFTPHONE
These POTS numbers directly ring a particular FWD phone without the caller having to enter the FWD phone number.

For those of you who use Packet8 and have friends using FWD, to call a Packet8 phone from a FWD phone, just dial **898 + Packet8 number to be routed to the Packet8 service.
To call a FWD phone from a Packet8 phone, - If the FWD phone you are calling contains 5 digits, start to dial with the prefix 0351. For example: 035110000, would get you to Jeff Pulver phone (FWD# 10000) on FWD.
- If the FWD phone you are calling contains 6 digits, start to dial with the prefix 0451, followed by the FWD Number.
