"Who is the turtle man?" some may ask. Well, let me tell you. The turtle man is a hero. He is a man who makes countless people with meaningless jobs shout for joy when he enters the room. He gives these people a reason to come to work. Yes, Turtleman is a genealogist. He does have a real name, but like most library regulars, only the actual librarians know it. To us, he is merely the turtle man.

"Who are we?" you now ask. And again I will tell you. We are the pages from the Mid-Continent Public Library Genealogy and Local History Branch. We love the turtle man.
