You all knew I'd do this sometime......so why not do it now?
SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO....... I'm betting you're wondering who the heck Roy is unless you play Super Smash Brothers: Melee OR Fire Emblem.
The Story Of Roy (as gleaned from various sources of questionable reliableness): Roy is the prince of Pherae, or Etruria, or Pharae. It's hard to really tell because I've seen it so many different ways. At any rate, his kingdom is caught in a war between Ereb's two major kindgoms. When Roy's father becomes ill, Roy takes over as the commander of their army. I'm guessing that he's around 15 or 16. I've seen a bunch of different ages given.
So basically that is his history. Interesting isn't it? Not really? Ok! How about THIS version:
Roy is the prince of Pharae, because frankly this name looks prettier and more pronouncable than the others. One day, his father "became ill" and decided that Roy had to take charge of the army. Like a good child, Roy agreed. Sadly, the army of Pharae was not very intelligent and ran itself off a cliff. Roy was then left with nothing to do, so he went back to his castle to check on his father, whose name is perpetually forgetten but is believed to be something along the lines of "Eliwood", which frankly sounds somewhat girly. Upon arriving at the castle, Roy discovered that his father was not ill, but simply wanted to watch pay-per-view in peace. Angered, young Roy jumped through a plothole and went adventuring with the rest of the Super Smash gang. THE END!
