Behold the power of Link! He is prodigious and the bomb. Yes.
Right. So the history behind Link.....this is a bit complicated. There are actually a few different generations of Links. Funny how you would name a kid Link, but ANYWAY....it's more fun to think that there is only ONE Link.
Since I wrote a FASCINATING history for Roy, I shall endeavor to do so for Link as well. Some facts may not be accurate or make sense at all.
Link was a small child of the forest (and it should be duly noted that he was a much more awesome child of the forest than Legolas). He spent his days frolicking around the Deku Forest, which was filled with Deku Trees and Deku Sticks and Deku Nuts and all other things Deku. One day, he acquired a slightly annoying fairy, whose sole purpose was to yell "HEY! LOOK! LISTEN!" And that she did. Since life would have been really boring without a quest, young Link decided to embark on one of those. And Quest he did! In fact, he quested so vigorously that he became all quested out and fell alseep for ten years. Upon waking up, he found that he had an acquired an ear piercing and new clothes. For the sake of his own sanity, he decided not the question this, and continued on this quest, which apparently was the get rid of Gannondorf for having such a bizarre, Gannondorfy, name. He also had to rescue Zelda, otherwise the game wouldn't have been able to be called "The Legend of Zelda". So he continued questing, and, sadly, he discovered that he was lactose intolerant. This was unfortunate because people kept trying to give him milk. He was also routinely ambushed by renegade chickens, which effectively pecked him to death when he least expected it. He became acquainted with the teleporting cows, which could appear anywhere at any time, such as the one in a random hole. He was also randomly accosted by Sheik, of Ambiguous Gender. Having been sufficiently harassed by everyone possible, he went off to slay the evil Gannondorf. Sadly, he discovered that Gannondorf does not die EVER. Angered, he jumped into a convenient plothole and went to frolic with the Super Smash gang, which included his younger self, Zelda, Sheik (of Ambiguous Gender), and Gannondorf (who does not die). This was to be the cause of much therapy. THE END!
