This is the game that introduced the world to Samus Aran. It was released on 1986, when people used to think that Samus is a he. Samus is assigned a mission to destroy the metroids and the Space Pirates. The Space Pirates uses the metroids and tries to conquer the galaxy. She heads for Planet Zebes to wipe them out. The Space Pirates are multiplying lead by the creature, Mother Brain. It also surprised everyone when Samus took off her helmet, revealing her true identity. A great game for adventure, exploration, and action.
