Techniques and Trainers

Welcome to the techniques page. Here are a set of moves, spells and techniques that will be taught by a set of trainers that are not able to be chosen on the site. Here, the moves give a tremendous advantage on the weak-minded, strong-minded, etc. There are a certain number of days to learn each technique, manuver, ability, etc.

The Yavin System

Kyle Katarn
HP:2,000 per day
Energy:10% per day
Exp. Points: 1,000 per day
Regen (continuously heals a person each round 2,000 HP) [30 days to learn]
Launching Defense [gives learner 25 blocks](The most dangerous of the defenses, but many attacks launched from this guard are extremely deadly. The weapon is held primary hand high, with the emitter near the head.)[25 days to learn]
Strong Defense[gives learner 30 blocks](The strongest of defense stratagems when used correctly. It is the middle guard with the saber's tip pointed at the opponent's throat.)[27 days to learn]
Hard Parry [gives learner 50 blocks](This defensive maneuver is based in offense: the defender calls upon all his strength to knock the attacker's weapon out of the way, hopefully leaving him open to an attack.)[30 days to learn]
Carnbuckle (This skill casts reflect on your whole party of members, deflecting anything for three rounds)[40 days to learn]

Mara Jade
HP:2,000 per day
Energy:15% per day
Exp. Points: 900 per day
Face Cut (This (most often) kill attack is launched from the high guard position, leverage and the target of the blade gives it added lethality, since head wounds suffer double damage.)[20 days to learn]
Quick Thrust (This is a simple, yet elegant attack. This form is one of the hardest to defend from.)[22 days to learn]
Blade Flash (This maneuver is used to quickly escape a pin, even possibly allowing the defender to do a pin.)[15 days to learn]
Persuasion-Enlightment (This ability causes the caster to be your partner for 3 rounds{only during a group battle})[35 days to learn]

The Dagobah System

Obi-Wan Kenobi (spirit)
HP:2,500 per day
Energy:25% per day
Exp. Points:1,000 per day
Quick Counter 7x (A manuver that blocks/deflects 7 hits in a row. It consists of the person manuvering this ability, holding their weapon right in front of them.)[45 days to learn]
Joint Cut (With this difficult maneuver the attacker twists the defender's blade around, than comes in at a strange angle hoping to remove or severe a joint. This is most often done with wrists. This attack works well after Hard Parry.) [50 days to learn]
Pin (This fake attack is used to pin an opponent. The attacker makes a fake attack, when the defender parries the attacker "catches" and holds the blades.)[30 days to learn]
Force-Wave (This "last resort" manuver is done by lowering your hand to the ground and Mega Force Pushing to the ground, making every living/non-living creature fall to the ground, giving you a chance to escape)

Yoda (spirit)
HP: 3,000 per day
Energy: 50% per day
Exp. Points: 10% per day
Feint (Attacker lunges for one point then quickly moves to target another point, which was revealed in the defense of the opponent.)[15 days to learn]
Sweeping Circle Defense (Circling the blade in a sweeping pattern, the defender throws the attacker's blade off-center. This is the best defense against a Thrust Attack.)[15 days to learn]
Force-Manipulation (This "counter" ability allows the caster to manipulate any objects that are going towards them.{Ex: Fire, Water, Thunder, Etc.)[45 days to learn]
Blade Flash{defensive manuver} (This maneuver is used to quickly escape a pin, even possibly allowing the defender to do a pin.)[20 days to learn]

The Coruscant System

Jan Ors

HP:950 per day
Energy:15% per day
Exp.Points:500 per day
Double-Shot Turnover (This retreat technique is done by only the Twin Range Blasters, which have the person roll sideways while shooting, reducing the target of the person shooting)[20 days to learn]
Quick Counter (the technique allows the person to quickly recover from a fall or injury, and automatically shoot/damage an opponent 9x in a row)[45 days to learn]
Retreat Brawl (This technique allows the person to turn into the defensive, running backwards while shooting/damaging wildly at the target)[50 days to learn]
